Outback is introducing a new steak called the Filet Sheila. It is made with two tender medallions of steak that are seasoned, seared, and then topped with Provolone cheese, sautéed mushrooms, peppercorn sauce, and fried Bloomin’ Onion Crunch. The Filet Sheila is served with your choice of two sides.

Outback is also introducing a new salad called the Classic Blue Cheese Wedge Side Salad. It is made with a wedge of iceberg lettuce, chopped bacon, blue cheese dressing, grape tomatoes, red onions, and blue cheese crumbles. The Classic Blue Cheese Wedge Side Salad is drizzled with a sweet balsamic glaze.

The Filet Sheila starts at $28.99 and the Classic Blue Cheese Wedge Side Salad is $5.99.

Both items are available now at participating Outback locations nationwide.
